Highly Insightful
A very practical course and highly insightful especially for lay persons like myself. I am a Civil Engineer by background. My only concern is the course being a closed book. I think a more practical way to test one’s understanding is not in memorizing passages of the Act but their appropriate application. Also the assignment commentary was sometimes late. However, other than that once it got to me, it added a great deal of value to my knowledge. I am very interested to see what the future holds.
Dispute Resolution Commentary
The contracting business environment has changed significantly over the past decade, and it is becoming more and more fundamental to have a better understanding of Contract Law and Dipute Resolution.
This course addresses thes issues in a fantastic way, but when signing up, be sure to have the time available
