COVID-19 PANDEMIC – IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS:

The Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC appreciates that the Covid-19 pandemic has already impacted and will further impact on the lives of everyone, including our students. However, as much as it is everyone’s obligation to curb the spread of the Corona virus, it is everyone’s obligation to act responsibly and rationally by limiting disruption on all levels and by ensuring that life may continue, once normality resumes.

 As the Association’s courses are distance learning courses and all of the Association’s students are required to have access to the internet, courses will proceed and due dates for the submission of assignments will remain unaffected for the time being.

 In the event that the Covid-19 pandemic renders course participation or submission of an assignment objectively impossible for any individual student, the Course and Member Manager Mandisa Mthembu (coursecoordinator@arbitrators.co.za) may be approached with a fully motivated and fact specific request, accompanied by a medical certificate if applicable, for consideration by the Tutor’s Committee.
